Love for me was written during a time of internal

uncertainty. I had

welcomed this love into my life not 7 months before, and

it had

been rocking my world. I was experiencing deeper

intimacy than I

ever had before and it was challenging me to learn how

to give

love in a more vulnerable and expressive way, not just to

partner but to myself. I remember recording my verse

and feeling

naked. I remember wondering if it was too much. I look

back now

and know that not only was it not too much, but I could
